Add the oregano, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Use a hand blender to puree everything until you have a creamy sauce;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separately, cook the pasta in boiling water for 12 minutes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drain the pasta and add it to the tomato sauce;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, add the shredded chicken, mix well and sprinkle with chopped parsley.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 &#8211; Fish muffins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recipe for 5 people<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong> 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200g leftover cooked fish, skin and bones removed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Half an onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 bunch of chopped parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 dessert spoons of olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pasta:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2dl low-fat milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1dl sunflower oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vegetable margarine for greasing and flour for dusting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method of preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Peel the onion, chop it and put it in a pan with the olive oil. Add a little water and cook until soft; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the shredded fish and parsley, mix well and check the seasoning. Remove from the heat; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While you preheat the oven to 180\u00baC, grease small molds with vegetable margarine and sprinkle with flour;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the milk, oil, eggs and salt in a blender and blend;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then add the flour and yeast and turn the blender on again until you have a creamy mixture. Pour a little batter into each mold and add a spoonful of the fish mixture; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover with more dough, without overfilling the molds.
