Employees tend to value companies that show an interest in their progression and invest in developing their skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the study “Total Compensation<\/em> 2022″, carried out by Mercer, support for training and professional development<\/strong> is becoming more important. Around 57% of the companies surveyed are covering the costs associated with employee training (compared to just 46% in 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This support for training can be done in a variety of ways: setting a budget for participation in conferences, training, courses or postgraduate courses, etc.; access to e-learning platforms; enrolment in language schools; holding regular in-house training sessions: among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health plans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The same Mercer study<\/a> indicates that 90% of companies offer a health plan, and in 70% of cases this is extended to the employee’s spouse and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This trend will prevail in 2023, as this is a widely valued benefit<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2023 will also be the year when companies continue to become aware that people with different lifestyles<\/strong> and at different stages of life<\/strong> have different needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
