The relationship between company and employee is now very different from what it was just two years ago.
As a result of the severe shortage of talent – with Portugal ranking, according to ManpowerGroup, as the second country in the world where it is most difficult to fill vacancies – the balance of decision-making power is now more balanced. It’s no longer just the company that selects the best candidate for a job. It’s also the employee who chooses which company will be the best employer. They choose each other and make a commitment.
