Social Vouchers: A solution with advantages for companies and employees

Companies today live in a very unique socio-economic context, in which the deep need to revitalize the economy and social welfare coexists with an increasingly competitive job market. Faced with these dynamics, organizations have to be part of a global solution and look for mechanisms to encourage consumption that boosts economic activity. At the same time, they have to find tools to differentiate themselves and meet the new expectations of employees, in order to attract and retain the talent they need to thrive.
The answer to both challenges lies in the same solution. In the study “Social Vouchers: Innovative Tools for Social Inclusion and Local Development”1, the OECD – Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development draws attention to the positive impact that social vouchers can have in the post-pandemic context.
