How do I add my Edenred card?

After setting your registration method (email, Google or Facebook) you will be asked to add your card. Enter the 16 digits on the front of your Edenred card and select “next”.

Have you forgotten your password?

If you can’t remember your password, choose the “Recover Password” option. Enter the email you used to register and follow the steps to choose a new password.

Should I log in with a lock code?

For convenience, your MyEdenred session remains connected. For added security, you can set a lock code as an additional step to log in to the App.

What do I find in My Cards section?

In “My Cards” section, you will find your card balance updated and a list of transactions. Each transaction has an associated symbol to make it easier for you to identify which type of transaction you made.

What options do I have regarding my card?

By selecting your card, you enter its management area, where you can access management features such as Block/Unblock, Remove Card, Associated Users, or useful information such as Frequently Asked Questions and Conditions of Use.

Can I block or unblock my card?

Can’t find your card? You can block it directly in the MyEdenred App, selecting the “Block Card” option. You can also unblock it at any time. If you need to issue a duplicate card, you should contact your company’s Human Resources department.

How can I remove a card?

You can remove a card from your account by selecting “Remove Card”. If the removed card is the only card in your account, you will begin the “Card Association” process in order to access the MyEdenred App again.

Can I set a favorite card?

If you have more than one card in your MyEdenred account, you can set one of them as a favorite by selecting the “Star” symbol. Your favorite card will always appear first.

Can my card be associated to more than one user?

With your prior authorization, your card balance and movements can be consulted by family members, as long as they are registered in MyEdenred App. Users wishing to view this information should add the card number and select “Request Membership”. You will receive an email to “Accept” or “Decline” the association. In the “Associated Users” area you can see who has access to your card and, if you wish, you can remove the existing association at any time.

What do I find in the Where to Use section?

In the “Where to Use” section you will find the establishments and discounts available in the Edenred merchants network. Share your location to get more accurate results. You can also search by district, place of residence or place of work and use the other filters to help you find what suits you best. The results are displayed in a list or on a map.

Are there any establishments with promotions?

Discover discounts at more than 200 restaurants across the country on the MyEdenred App. Search for discounts near you using the “With Promotion” filter. To enjoy your discounted meal, select “Book” or “Get” in the desired campaign and follow the steps. When you make your first reservation, you will be asked for your email address and password. This feature results of a partnership between Edenred and Mygon (online booking platform).

What do I find in the Advantages section?

In the “Advantages” section you’ll find exclusive discounts and advantages on major brands that you can enjoy as you are an Edenred user. Be tuned to this area and follow the news.

Can I edit my profile?

In the “My Profile” section you can edit your personal details. In order for the MyEdenred App to function correctly, your name, email and at least one zip code (work or residence) are mandatory fields.

What options do I have in the Settings section?

In the “Settings” section you can change your password and activate, deactivate or change the lock code for your MyEdenred App.

How do I connect my Edenred card to MB WAY?

To sign up for MB WAY you need to go to an ATM. First of all, you need to have the MB WAY App installed on your mobile phone. You need to sign up at an ATM according to the following steps:
1. Insert your Edenred card into the ATM and enter the PIN code;
2. Select the “MB WAY/MB NET” option;
3. Select the “MB WAY Accession” option;
4. Enter the mobile phone number associated with your MB WAY;
5. Set or enter your MB WAY PIN;
Once you have set your MB WAY PIN, your ATM membership is complete.

You will then need to confirm the membership on your mobile phone for the feature to become available. You will receive a notification on your mobile informing that a card membership is pending. Once you have received the notification on your phone, you will need to follow these steps to complete the membership in the App:
1. Log in to the MB WAY App and enter the last 4 digits of your Edenred card;
2. Select the “continue” option;
3. Afterwards, you may have to confirm your membership using your fingerprint or by entering your MB WAY PIN.
From that moment on, your Edenred card will be available in the MB WAY App and ready to use.

How do I pay in physical stores using MB WAY?

To make payments in physical stores with your Edenred card via MB WAY you must:
1. Log in to the MB WAY App and select the Edenred card (if you have other bank cards associated with your MB WAY). To change cards, simply rotate the image of the cards in the top bar;
2. Select the “Pay with MB WAY” option;
3. Confirm the payment with your MB WAY PIN.

How do I pay online using MB WAY?

More and more online establishments allow payments with MB WAY*. To pay online with your Edenred card, follow these steps:
1. Select MB WAY as the payment method at checkout and enter the mobile phone number associated with your MB WAY account;
2. You will then receive a pending notification. Simply log in to MB WAY, select your Edenred card and click on “Pay”.

What is the limit for payments via MB WAY?
