With your prior authorization, your card balance and movements can be consulted by family members, as long as they are registered in MyEdenred App. Users wishing to view this information should add the card number and select “Request Membership”. You will receive an email to “Accept” or “Decline” the association. In the “Associated Users” area you can see who has access to your card and, if you wish, you can remove the existing association at any time.

In the “My Profile” section you can edit your personal details. In order for the MyEdenred App to function correctly, your name, email and at least one zip code (work or residence) are mandatory fields.
In the “Settings” section you can change your password and activate, deactivate or change the lock code for your MyEdenred App.
To sign up for MB WAY you need to go to an ATM. First of all, you need to have the MB WAY App installed on your mobile phone. You need to sign up at an ATM according to the following steps:
1. Insert your Edenred card into the ATM and enter the PIN code;
2. Select the “MB WAY/MB NET” option;
3. Select the “MB WAY Accession” option;
4. Enter the mobile phone number associated with your MB WAY;
5. Set or enter your MB WAY PIN;
Once you have set your MB WAY PIN, your ATM membership is complete.
You will then need to confirm the membership on your mobile phone for the feature to become available. You will receive a notification on your mobile informing that a card membership is pending. Once you have received the notification on your phone, you will need to follow these steps to complete the membership in the App:
1. Log in to the MB WAY App and enter the last 4 digits of your Edenred card;
2. Select the “continue” option;
3. Afterwards, you may have to confirm your membership using your fingerprint or by entering your MB WAY PIN.
From that moment on, your Edenred card will be available in the MB WAY App and ready to use.
To make payments in physical stores with your Edenred card via MB WAY you must:
1. Log in to the MB WAY App and select the Edenred card (if you have other bank cards associated with your MB WAY). To change cards, simply rotate the image of the cards in the top bar;
2. Select the “Pay with MB WAY” option;
3. Confirm the payment with your MB WAY PIN.
More and more online establishments allow payments with MB WAY*. To pay online with your Edenred card, follow these steps:
1. Select MB WAY as the payment method at checkout and enter the mobile phone number associated with your MB WAY account;
2. You will then receive a pending notification. Simply log in to MB WAY, select your Edenred card and click on “Pay”.
