Our commitment

We want our digital services to be welcoming and usable by everyone. Improving accessibility is a priority and we are committed to identifying and removing barriers so people with a wide range of needs can use our website and apps.

Scope

This statement applies to the following digital services operated by Edenred Portugal: website and MyEdenred.

Current status

We have not yet performed an accessibility audit of the digital service covered by this statement; consequently, this website/app is currently considered non‑compliant with applicable accessibility standards pending the planned assessment.

This is an interim position and will be updated after the assessment and remediation work.

What we will do

We will carry out a formal accessibility assessment in the coming months and will publish the audit results. We will then conduct a structured remediation plan promptly after the assessment and start remediation work without delay. Target standard: we target WCAG 2.2 Level AA upon full completion of the remediation plan.

Likely issues before the audit (non‑exhaustive)

Until the completion of the evaluation, some typical barriers may exist, such as:

  • missing alternative text for images;
  • inaccessible PDF documents or files;
  • insufficient color contrast;
  • keyboard-only navigation issues;
  • form fields without proper labels.
